Pool party and bounce houses!
Let's have some summer fun! We are renting out the field house both the pool and the indoor field for a surf and turf party. We will provide food and drinks for everyone, so please bring your whole family and some friends! Click "going" so we know how much food to bring. GROW Community Center is a local nonprofit that puts on monthly free and fun events for everyone in Montrose, not just kids and families but anyone and everyone who wants to get out there, make connections and have some fun. We cover all the costs of these events. We also pay for kids to take music lessons, sign up for sports and receive much needed tutoring. Summer kickoff party!
Join us for our summer kickoff party! We have joined forces with Friends of Youth and Nature, a non-profit serving kids in 4 counties who wants to connect kids to nature and helps pay for those activities! There will be food vendors, booths set up to sign your kids up for scholarships, and many fun games like kickball (our event), frozen t-shirt contest, skateboarding clinic, cornhole and more! This is sure to be the best kick-off to summer party ever so don't miss it!! GROW will be set up with our booth, selling baked goods to raise money for scholarships and signing kids up for GROW scholarships, giving away bibles and just hanging with you guys, so bring a chair and a blanket and come spend the day with us while the kids have a great time!!
GROW Community Center is a nonprofit that pays for youth sports, tutoring, and music lessons for kids in our community. We also host and pay for once a month events for the whole community to come out and enjoy. GROW Fishing Outing
Join GROW Community Center at Chipeta Lake in Montrose CO on April 18,2025 at noon for a fishing outing! We will provide a tasty lunch and some extra fishing hear. Kids 16 years old and under do not need a fishing license per state law, adults who plan on fishing do need one.
Homeschool Co-op Potluck
Homeschooling families are invited to join us for a meet and greet potluck! We will discuss our upcoming homeschool co-op for fall 2025, and let the kids hang out! Bring a dish, and the whole family!
Youth City Council Non-Profit showcase!
GROW Community Center will have a table at the Montrose Youth City Council Non-profit showcase at the Montrose Pavilion. The event starts at 4:30 and ends at 7:30pm. Come see us and check out our table, meet Rachel and Daniel and sign up for scholarships. We will also be accepting donations for all three of our funds, including our scholarship fund, our building fund and our homeschool co-op fund. We will have something fun for the kids at our table!
GROW Park Day: Wiffle ball and Volley Ball
Meet us at Buckley Park in Montrose for wiffle ball, volley ball and free food! We will have the wiffle ball field all set up along with the volley ball. We will be providing some tasty lunch too!
GROW Game Night!
Join us for a fun and free family and community friendly GAME NIGHT! We are holding our second event at San Juan Brews in Montrose, CO. We will have food, and provide lots of fun games including life, clue, cards, uno, Jenga and more. Plus we will play bingo around 6 for a chance to win some prizes!
